Job Description

As our Quality Assurance Manager in Durban, you will oversee the development and execution of quality assurance policies, ensuring that all products meet the required standards before release. Your leadership will be key in promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Review and assess software specifications and design processes.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure quality standards are met during coding.
  • Conduct performance testing and regression testing on software releases.
  • Facilitate team discussions to improve testing methodologies.
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements.
  • Maintain records of quality metrics and improvement plans.
  • Identify potential risks in the development process and propose solutions.
  • Create automated tests to increase efficiency in the QA process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including team management
