UX Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a talented UX Designer who can bring user-centric designs to life. In this role, you'll work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive interfaces and improve overall user satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to ideate and refine product features.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging user interfaces.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure a cohesive design process.
• Research competitors and industry trends to inform design decisions.
• Ensure accessibility standards are upheld in all design processes.
• Document design processes and rationales for future reference.
• Train junior designers on best practices and UX methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support to development teams to implement designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field
• Certification in UX/UI Design is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in UX design

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic
