We are in search of a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to provide exceptional patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and educate patients on their health. Your expertise will help us improve health outcomes within the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine health assessments and physical examinations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care.
• Educate patients about preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Manage patient flow and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role

• Clinical Expertise
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Certifications

• Nursing Practitioner License
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
