Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist who is passionate about enhancing employee relations and driving company culture in Pretoria. This role is critical in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for all staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate performance management processes and provide ongoing feedback to employees.
  • Compile HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is a plus
