Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Johannesburg. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Direct HR operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Evaluate HR metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Coordinate workplace safety and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in strategic planning and organizational development.
  • Oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage relations with external HR consultants and vendors.
  • Ensure a healthy work environment that maximizes employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline HR functions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Management is a plus
