Job Description

As an Architect Specialist, you will design and implement architectural solutions that cater to our project requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to industry standards while delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction adheres to design plans.

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and advancements in construction technology.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
• Review and modify existing architectural designs to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during construction.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders throughout the construction process.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Sustainable Design
• Familiarity with 3D Modelling

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
