Job Description

As a Chemical Plant and System Operator, you will play a critical role in overseeing and maintaining ammonia stills, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety in chemical production. You will be responsible for monitoring processes, documenting procedures, and performing maintenance tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the ammonia stills are operating correctly and efficiently.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Participate in safety inspections and audits.
  • Work closely with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with the training of new operators and staff.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share knowledge for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical qualification
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
  • Instrumentation Knowledge
