Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will lead the charge in enhancing the customer journey by identifying needs, providing support, and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and upselling additional services.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer success processes and workflows.
  • Gather and report on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage in strategic customer meetings to review account status and future goals.
  • Ensure that customers are effectively leveraging all features of our products.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Certification in Customer Success Management is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
