Set and Exhibit Designer

Job Description

As a Set and Exhibit Designer at Creative Events Co., you will create innovative event concepts and layouts that bring our client’s visions to life. If you have a flair for design and a passion for events, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Create detailed design proposals and concept boards for events.
• Select appropriate lighting, props, and furniture that align with the event theme.
• Ensure quality control during the setup and dismantling phases of events.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their visions are being met.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to foster creative ideas and solutions.
• Facilitate communication between team members and external vendors.
• Maintain a portfolio of designs and projects for marketing purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in event design and management

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale events with diverse clients.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Event Management Software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork and Collaboration
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Event Management Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in managing corporate events: Background in designing events for corporate clients is a plus.
• Knowledge of AV equipment: Familiarity with audiovisual needs for live events.
