We are looking for a dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations in our Port Elizabeth establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
  • Enhance guest experience through effective staff management and training.
  • Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and guest preferences.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings to discuss issues and improvements.
  • Oversee front desk operations and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Foster relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract guests.
  • Report directly to the General Manager regarding operational performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
