Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our legal team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will assist with drafting documents, conducting research, and managing case files. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage client accounts to facilitate a streamlined booking process.
  • Provide travel insurance options and advice to clients.
  • Attend travel expos and networking events to generate leads and enhance personal knowledge.
  • Conduct post-travel follow-ups to gather feedback and improve service.
  • Utilize travel booking software and CRM systems effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism or similar qualification
  • Postgraduate studies in Tourism Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in travel consulting or tourism-related position
