Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies and tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Write comprehensive test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist in defining quality metrics and KPIs to measure product quality.
• Document and communicate testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.
• Research and suggest tools to enhance the testing process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA with a focus on automation

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing Frameworks
• Continuous Integration Tools

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with API testing: Experience in testing RESTful APIs and integrating with testing tools.
• Mobile Testing Experience: Hands-on experience with mobile application testing methodologies.
