You will work closely with various teams to enhance our online presence and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives and campaigns.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Engage with customers through social media and other digital marketing platforms.
• Train and mentor staff in e-commerce best practices.
• Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations and policies.
• Develop user-friendly content that resonates with target audiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in e-commerce management or digital marketing
