Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage our logistics operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management to ensure efficient transportation and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement logistics strategies to streamline operations.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding shipment status and delivery.
• Identify potential risks in logistics processes and develop mitigation plans.
• Support the logistics manager in optimizing supply chain and distribution networks.
• Document and analyze logistics operations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• MBA or similar qualification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
