Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to collaborate with management and employees to define skill gaps and implement effective training programs. Your role will involve evaluating the success of learning initiatives and continuously enhancing our training offerings. Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement through targeted learning experiences.
• Develop coaching and mentoring programs to support staff development.
• Utilize technology and e-learning platforms to broaden training access.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals seeking career advancement.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes to management.
• Advocate for learning opportunities and professional development within the workforce.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in training or development roles

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Learning and Development Certification (CIPD or similar)
• Registered Training Professional (RTP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with talent management software: Hands-on experience with software that aids in employee development tracking.
