Job Description

We are searching for an HR Generalist who is passionate about people and eager to drive HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies. This role is key in creating a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and supporting our team members.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Drive initiatives for employee health and wellbeing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Specific HR certifications preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in HR roles with a focus on employee relations
