Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training strategy and programs of our organization. You will identify learning needs, develop tailored training solutions, and drive employee engagement through innovative learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend tools and technologies to enhance learning.
• Create and maintain a training calendar for all development activities.
• Liaise with external training providers to deliver specialized programs.
• Analyze employee performance data to measure training outcomes.
• Implement e-learning programs to extend training reach.

Requirements

Education

• University degree in Organizational Development or related field
• Advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years within Learning and Development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Training Evaluation

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
