Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our organization. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and a knack for identifying top-notch candidates. Your role will involve building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment policies and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
  • Facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Cultivate a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
