Responsibilities

• Drive the overall design vision and strategy for projects.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration and project team coordination.
• Review and approve drawings and documentation before submission.
• Maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Innovate design solutions that challenge traditional approaches.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
• Participate in community engagement activities related to architectural projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in commercial and residential projects

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Intermediate
