We are searching for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our growing team in Pretoria. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and assisting with daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling confidential information and maintaining privacy.
  • Monitor project progress and assist team members as needed.
  • Compile data and assist in analysis for performance reports.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams professionally.
  • Utilize various software tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role
