Job Description

We are in search of a proactive and experienced Hospitality Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for guest satisfaction, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff performance and ensure superior service delivery.
  • Develop innovative programs to enhance guest experiences.
  • Manage hotel inventory and procurement processes.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Prepare reports on hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Cultivate relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
  • Estimate staffing needs and hire accordingly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for upkeep of hotel facilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
