Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain screen printing machines.
• Load and unload materials onto the machines.
• Select appropriate inks and materials for printing.
• Ensure all production meets high quality standards.
• Adhere to safety guidelines throughout the printing process.
• Communicate effectively with the production team.
• Record production data accurately.
• Train new staff on machine operation and safety.
• Assist in planning production schedules.
• Perform regular quality checks on printed products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in screen printing or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in screen printing or related field
