Responsibilities
Execute maintenance schedules to sustain equipment functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues swiftly.
Work with cross-functional teams to promote best practices.
Prepare maintenance reports for management review.
Uphold safety standards in all mechanical operations.
Contribute to performance metrics and key performance indicators.
Lead by example in maintaining workplace safety.
Assist with the training of apprentices.
Evaluate and recommend tools and equipment for purchase.

Requirements
Education
National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Trade Test Qualification is advantageous

4-6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance
