• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
• Manage store budgets and assist with cost-control initiatives

• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and waste
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to forecast future sales and inventory needs
• Organize in-store events to enhance the shopping experience and attract customers

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or related field
