We are seeking an experienced Advertising Campaign Lead to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives in our Durban office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and executing advertising campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and driving brand engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and evaluate comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Guide cross-functional teams in the execution of campaign strategies.
• Track campaign progress through data analysis and performance reviews.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign progress.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target demographics.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to capture insights from stakeholders.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve campaign delivery and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in a senior marketing or advertising role
