Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will engage in the design and optimization of systems and components, contributing to innovative projects within our company. Your analytical skills and engineering knowledge will be pivotal in driving forward our commitment to excellence and innovation in mechanical design.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and development of mechanical systems.
  • Manage engineering projects from concept through completion.
  • Review and analyze CAD models and engineering drawings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for material and component recommendations.
  • Train junior engineers and interns on engineering best practices.
  • Execute quality control measures and product testing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of engineering technologies and practices.
  • Document technical specifications and reports.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to present design concepts.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in mechanical design.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development
Technical Skills
  • CAD Software (AutoCAD)
  • Finite Element Analysis

Certifications
  • Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
Languages
