Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising campaigns in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing fundraising strategies, engaging donors, and building lasting relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute major fundraising events and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust donor engagement plan.
  • Create and manage budgets for fundraising activities.
  • Utilize social media and digital marketing platforms to promote fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on fundraising goals.
  • Analyze fundraising data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a fundraising or development role in the non-profit sector
