• Provide training and supervision to junior social workers and interns.
• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions for community groups.
• Advocate for policy changes that improve client access to services.
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills by attending relevant training and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community service or social work
