Job Description

We are in search of a Deadener who will focus on reducing noise and vibration in mechanical and automotive equipment. Your primary responsibility will involve the installation of soundproofing and vibration-damping materials to enhance the performance of our products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sound tests to evaluate the effectiveness of installations.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are up to standard.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for soundproofing.
• Assist in inventory management of materials and tools.
• Document daily progress and report to supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certification in mechanical engineering or relevant field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in soundproofing techniques

Technical Skills

• Soundproofing Materials Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills

Advantageous

• Welding and Metal Fabrication Experience: Experience with welding techniques and metal fabrication.
• Hydraulic Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic systems and components.
