Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and organized Event Planner to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and exceptional communication skills to coordinate all aspects of events from concept to execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure successful event delivery. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work under pressure while juggling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to align event objectives.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
• Design event layouts and themes to align with client expectations.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote upcoming events.
• Assist in sourcing and managing event technology and equipment.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and report findings.
• Foster relationships within the industry for potential partnerships.
• Stay updated on event trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing is beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in event coordination or hospitality
