Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist in our team, you will evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for individuals dealing with psychological issues. You will work collaboratively with other health care professionals to develop treatment plans that benefit clients. Your role is crucial in enhancing the well-being of our community through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients using diagnostic criteria.
  • Work with clients to develop coping strategies.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions.
  • Assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain clinical documentation in line with regulations.
  • Support team-based care approaches.
  • Engage with community resources to provide additional support.
  • Offer consultations to other healthcare providers regarding client care.
  • Participate in training for ongoing skills enhancement.
  • Foster a supportive environment for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Postdoctoral fellowship in a relevant speciality is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in mental health settings
