Job Description

As a Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining anodizing machines. You will ensure that our metal products are coated with a protective oxide layer, meeting our stringent quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of anodizing machines.
• Conduct quality checks on metal products during production.
• Modify machine parameters to optimize output.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to enhance machine lifespan.
• Record detailed production logs for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processing techniques.
• Ensure safety compliance in all work processes.
• Respond to machine alarms and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certificate in metal fabrication or related field preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in anodizing machine operations
