Job Description

We seek a skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for a range of legal duties, from drafting contracts to offering expert legal advice. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of local and international law, enabling them to navigate complex legal matters with ease.

Responsibilities

• Advise on intellectual property law matters.
• Provide training on legal updates to staff.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure the firm’s adherence to ethical standards.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent degree in Law
• Postgraduate degree in Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Tswana: Basic

• Experience in litigation: Hands-on experience handling litigations from start to finish.
