Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician in the vibrant city of Cape Town. In this role, you will provide technical support to staff, ensuring all IT systems are functioning optimally. A strong understanding of network systems and user support is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on IT systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participate in IT projects and upgrades when necessary.
  • Support remote users by troubleshooting connectivity and software issues.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for staff.

Requirements

Education
  • National Certificate in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of direct IT support experience
