Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized travel experiences based on client requirements.
• Assist with the planning of corporate travel arrangements for businesses.
• Manage travel itineraries and logistics for multi-destination trips.
• Advise on travel insurance options and requirements.
• Conduct negotiations with service providers for better rates.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge.
• Represent the company at travel fairs and industry events.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Certification in Travel and Tourism is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in travel consultancy or customer service

• English: Fluent
