Job Description

As a Gardening Manager at GreenSpace Management, you will oversee our gardening operations, manage a skilled team of gardeners, and ensure our outdoor spaces are both aesthetic and well-maintained. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a vibrant garden ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of garden and landscape management.
  • Plan and coordinate garden maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain inventory of gardening tools and supplies.
  • Implement sustainable gardening practices.
  • Collaborate with design teams on landscape projects.
  • Assist with the selection of plant species suited to our local climate.
  • Manage health and safety protocols within the gardening team.
  • Encourage team collaboration and communication on projects.
  • Monitor budget and ensure cost-effective operation.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives related to gardening and sustainability.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Horticulture or relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping or gardening management
