Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition, with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize HR planning to support business growth and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective training programs.
  • Drive change management initiatives within the organization.
  • Ensure continuous professional development opportunities for employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and local labour laws.
  • Conduct exit interviews to derive insights for improving employee retention.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and recognition across the organization.
  • Review and improve employee handbooks and policies regularly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, including leadership roles
