Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of clinical trials.
• Provide analytical insights to improve research methodologies.
• Draft and submit Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications.
• Compile and maintain comprehensive research documentation.
• Train new staff in research protocols and ethics.
• Foster collaboration with academic institutions for joint studies.
• Translate research findings into practical healthcare solutions.
• Manage research budgets and timelines effectively.
• Engage in public speaking to share research outcomes.
• Assist in developing informational workshops for healthcare providers.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field
• PhD is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical or public health research

• Certified Public Health Professional (CPHP)
