As a Preventive Medicine Physician at Health Innovators, you will be responsible for the analysis and execution of public health programs that aim to reduce health risks and enhance the overall wellbeing of communities. Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of public health programs to reduce the incidence of disease.
• Conduct assessments and respond to public health crises as they arise.
• Engage with local health departments and agencies to coordinate resources.
• Analyze health data to identify trends and improve health services.
• Develop materials for community education on health issues.
• Assist in grant writing and funding proposals for public health initiatives.
• Implement strategies for monitoring and evaluating health outcomes.
• Foster partnerships with community groups to enhance program effectiveness.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders on public health initiatives and findings.
• Serve as a resource for medical professionals in preventative health care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Public Health
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a public health role focused on preventive medicine
