Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition by collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Implement effective employee performance appraisal systems.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee mediation.
  • Assist in the development of employee wellness programs.
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Engage in organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of HR documentation and compliance audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Honours degree in HR is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role
