Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protocol adherence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Manage participant interactions, addressing their needs and questions throughout the study.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date study records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with data management teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify and troubleshoot study-related issues, escalating as necessary to the Clinical Trial Manager.
• Facilitate training for new staff members involved in clinical studies.
• Assist in preparing manuscripts and presentations based on study findings.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements throughout the trial.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical research environment
