Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review and approve technical drawings and contracts.
• Monitor and control material resources and labour costs.
• Implement effective project management methodologies.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
• Report on project progress and any arising issues to senior management.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders for project success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or related field
