You will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders.
• Provide a range of therapeutic services including CBT, DBT, etc.
• Participate in case reviews with healthcare professionals.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs within the community.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience in mental health

Technical Skills

• Family Therapy
• Trauma-Informed Care

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Psychologist with HPCSA

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Specialization in DBT for treating complex mental health conditions.
• Supervisory experience: Experience mentoring and supervising junior psychologists.
