Permanent Mold Supervisor

Job Description

As a Permanent Mold Supervisor, you will oversee the production process in our foundry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring production targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mold production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Analyze production processes and suggest improvements.
• Manage inventory related to mold production and ensure availability of materials.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
• Mentor junior staff and provide coaching on best practices in production.
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Ensure stringent quality control on all production activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding production schedules.
• Document and report all incidents and irregularities.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
