UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer in Cape Town, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across our digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-centric solutions, conducting research and usability tests to identify user needs and preferences. Responsibilities

• Develop user-centered design solutions that meet business goals.
• Prototype and test designs to identify usability issues.
• Work with developers to ensure design intent is respected during implementation.
• Research and evaluate competitor products and industry trends.
• Prepare presentation materials for stakeholders and clients.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to discuss design progress and challenges.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma and Adobe XD
• User Interface Design

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with design systems: Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Experience in user testing: Practical experience in conducting user testing sessions.
