Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automatic Grinding Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining automatic grinding machines to produce high-quality finished products. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor automated grinding machines based on job specs.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and completed products.
• Run quality checks and maintain production records.
• Assist with troubleshooting machine faults and perform minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work in conjunction with production staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Document any production issues or discrepancies encountered.
• Attend training sessions as needed to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in machining or related field is a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance

Languages
