• Utilize monitoring tools for performance visibility and alerts.
• Establish best practices for IT security and interface with compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements and foster innovation among engineering peers.
• Assist in onboarding new services and technologies into existing infrastructures.
• Mentor junior team members on SRE practices and incident handling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT or software engineering with a focus on SRE practices
