Responsibilities

• Execute nursing duties and responsibilities as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing students or junior staff.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
• Utilize health information systems for patient documentation and management.
• Ensure effective communication with patients about their care and treatment options.
• Engage in interprofessional collaboration to promote holistic patient care.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate care amongst various departments.
• Contribute to incidents and performance reporting for quality assurance.
• Support the onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Additional certifications in clinical specialties are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in nursing, preferably in hospital settings
