Responsibilities

  • Assure that all therapy practices comply with state laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient health outcomes.
  • Conduct group therapy sessions and promote community engagement.
  • Identify barriers to treatment adherence and strategize solutions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote wellness.
  • Evaluate and update therapy protocols based on patient feedback.
  • Utilize technology to enhance patient care and administrative efficiencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field
  • Postgraduate certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
