As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, performing thorough testing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts for software releases, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Identify, reproduce, and track bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Perform compatibility testing across different devices and platforms.
• Engage in performance testing to verify system efficiency.
• Coordinate with product management to align testing strategies with product goals.
• Participate in sprint planning sessions to assist in estimating testing efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles with leadership experience preferred

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent
